All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns except in cases where the product is damaged upon arrival.

1. Damaged Products:

  • Eligibility: If your tablets arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the product. To be eligible for a replacement or refund, the product must be in its original packaging and include all accessories. This process applies to the 30 day satisfaction guarantee.
  • How to Report Damage: Contact our customer service team at info@scrubclean.co.za with your order number and photos of the damage. We will provide instructions for returning the damaged item and offer a replacement or refund based on your preference.

2. Return Process:

  • Procedure: To initiate a claim for a damaged product, provide your order number, a description of the damage, and any relevant photos. We will review your request and provide return instructions if applicable.

3. Refund Processing:

  • Refunds: If your claim for a damaged product is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
